I'm building a new gaming PC with the Intel Core i7-14700KF and I'm trying to figure out the best RAM to pair with it. Should I go for DDR4 or DDR5? What speeds and capacities do you recommend for optimal performance? I'm mainly focused on gaming, so any advice on specific models or brands would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Look for DDR5 kits with speeds around 6000MHz and a low CAS Latency (CL30 is ideal). Reputable brands like G.Skill Trident Z5, Corsair Vengeance, and ADATA XPG Lancer are excellent choices.
