GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER or Radeon RX 7800 XT, which one to get?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card and I'm torn between the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER and the Radeon RX 7800 XT. Both seem to have great performance, but I'm not sure which one would be the better choice. Any advice or personal experiences to share?

Having used both the RTX 4070 SUPER and RX 7800 XT in my latest build, I can say they are both beasts of 1440p and 4K gaming:

4070 SUPER Pros:

Slightly faster at 4K
DLSS 3 is amazing in supported games
Better for streaming/recording with NVENC
Runs a bit cooler and quieter in my experience

7800 XT Pros:

Faster at 1440p, especially in DX12 games
Lower MSRP, so better bang-for-buck
Bundled games are a nice bonus
FSR 2 works well and is more widely supported

Honestly, you can't go wrong with either one. The 7800 XT is the better value overall, but the 4070 SUPER is worth the premium if you want the absolute best 4K performance or NVIDIA features. I'm keeping both for my test bench!
