I'm planning to build a new gaming rig around the AMD 9800X3D and have about $1000 to spend on a GPU. I'm mainly gaming at 1440p and want something that'll handle the latest AAA titles at high settings with good framerates. What would you recommend for the best price-to-performance ratio in this budget range?
