What is the best AMD CPU for professional 4K video editing?

I'm finally upgrading my workstation and want to stick with AMD for professional 4K editing. I'm mostly working in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro. I’m debating between the Ryzen 9 7950X or going full Threadripper for better multi-core performance. Given the high bitrates I handle, which AMD chip offers the best stability and render speeds?
