I recommend the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, works well for me.

@James This one is overall best thermal paste.

@James Bought it, works well, no problem. Thanks.

To add to the point above: yeah, the 13900K is basically a space heater. Honestly, I've had some annoying issues with the 'pump out' effect where the paste just migrates away from the center after a couple of months of heavy gaming. It's not as good as expected when you realize you have to repaste every 6 months because temps started creeping back up.

  • watch out for those fancy contact frames. they can solve the bending issue but sometimes the mounting pressure gets weird and kills your ram compatibility or causes boot errors.
  • avoid using way too much paste thinking itll help. it just makes a mess and wont fix a bad cooler mount.
  • check that you actually removed the 'peel here' plastic on the cooler base. sounds dumb but even pros forget sometimes when they're rushing. Basically, dont get too hung up on the brand of paste if your cooler base isnt sitting perfectly flat... unfortunately, no amount of expensive goop can fix bad contact.

Don't overthink it too much. Most name-brand thermal pastes will work fine. I'm using the Noctua NT-H2 on my 13900K and temperatures are good. Just make sure you apply it correctly (pea-sized dot in the center) and pair it with a beefy cooler. The 13900K runs hot, so your choice of cooler is more important than minor differences between thermal pastes.

Kingpin Cooling KPx is thinner than Kryonaut Extreme, so easier to spread.

I've had great results using Noctua NT-H1 thermal paste on my 13900K. It's easy to apply, has low viscosity, and provides excellent thermal performance. Plus, Noctua is a trusted brand in the PC cooling space. Just be sure to clean off any old thermal paste from your CPU and cooler before applying a fresh layer.

Noctua NT-H2 is also OK.
