@Reply #8 - good point! I would honestly just grab the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D and call it a day. I've been running one for a bit now and im super satisfied with the performance. No complaints at all, it just works well. The main reason I'd suggest it for your 5070 Ti build is the reliability and power efficiency. Some of the high-end Intel chips like the Intel Core i9-14900K pull so much wattage that they can actually stress out your motherboard VRMs if you dont have a high-end board. The Ryzen is way more conservative with power which means less heat and fewer stability headaches in the long run. It's just a safer bet for a long-term system and you wont have to worry about thermal throttling during a heavy session lol... definitely the most compatible pairing for that budget.

The RTX 5070 Ti pairs really well with a Ryzen 7 9700X or Intel i5-14600K. Both offer excellent performance without bottlenecking the GPU. The 9700X is slightly more efficient and runs cooler, while the 14600K gives you a bit more multi-core performance for productivity tasks. Either way, you'll get great 1440p gaming performance.

For $500, just get the 9800X3D, you will love it.
