Tbh, the B650 platform is actually over-engineered for a chip like the 7600, so even the cheaper boards handle it fine. The DS3H has decent VRMs—those are the parts that manage power to the CPU. If they get too hot, your PC might slow down, but this board has enough heatsink coverage that it stays cool under load. Basically, you want a board with at least some metal covering the bits around the CPU socket. The MSI PRO B650M-P Micro ATX AM5 is another one to look at. Its very barebones but it works. It lacks some of the nicer heatsinks the Gigabyte has, but it fits the budget perfectly if you need to save ten or twenty bucks for shipping or something else. One thing to watch for is BIOS Flashback. Both these boards have it. It lets you update the motherboard software without needing a CPU installed, which is great for troubleshooting if you ever run into a black screen on the first boot.
