Tbh, a setup is only as fast as its weakest link, and you don't want to bottleneck your hardware just to get a fancy logo on your monitor bezel. Just caught up with this thread and honestly Miguel is spot on. If that 1500 is for the whole tower plus the monitor, you really gotta be smart with where the cash goes. Ive seen too many people buy a high end screen and then realize their PC can barely hit 60fps on it lol. I have used a bunch of these in my time, and for a balanced build, I usually look at these two:

• LG 27GP850-B UltraGear: This is basically the gold standard for mid-range 1440p. Colors are way better than the TUF ones mentioned earlier, and it handles motion like a champ.
• Dell S2722DGM: If you want to save even more for your GPU, this one is a steal. Its a VA panel so you get better contrast for horror games or movies, tho it has a bit more ghosting than the LG. Personally, Id go with the LG if you can swing the extra 50 bucks or so. It just feels more premium for daily use and the response times are legit.
