I'm looking to buy a new laptop but want to wait for a good price drop on Amazon. Which price tracking websites do you recommend? I need something reliable that shows price history, alerts me when prices fall, and ideally shows if the current price is actually a good deal. Thanks!

Honestly, I have been hunting for laptop deals for like a decade now, and after trying everything, I basically swear by Keepa. It is way more detailed than the other ones mentioned and has been my go-to for every build and upgrade. Here is what I have learned from using it over the long haul:
- The browser extension is a game changer because it puts the price graph right under the Amazon listing so you dont have to switch tabs.
- You can see when Used
- Like New warehouse deals pop up, which is how I got my last two machines for cheap.
- It tracks lightning deals and those sneaky coupons too, which most basic trackers tend to miss. Yeah, I found that just looking at the current price is a total trap. I always check the 365-day average to see if it is actually a deal or just a fake discount. It takes a bit to learn the interface but it is soooo worth it when you are spending big money. Just my two cents from an old enthusiast!
