I'm finally upgrading my old rig because Premiere is literally crawling while I try to edit this 4K wedding footage for a client. Deadline is in like ten days so I need to buy something tonight. I'm torn between the RTX 4070 Ti Super since it has that 16GB VRAM which I heard is crucial for 4K timelines but then the 4080 Super is tempting for the extra raw power.
My logic was the 4070 Ti Super is cheaper and fits my smaller case better but will I regret not just spending the extra $200 for the 4080? Budget is strictly under $1000. Is the performance jump in Premiere actually noticeable for rendering or is it just marginal for the price...
Unfortunately, ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4080 Super 16GB was a letdown for the price. Not as good as expected honestly.
