I've been trying to snag a decent TV for my kids bedroom before his birthday next friday and man walmart's pricing is driving me crazy. I have a $250 limit and every time I find something it goes back up in price five minutes later.

I downloaded Honey cause people say it's the best but it literally never finds a code for walmart and half the time it doesnt even pop up. Then I tried that Capital One extension but it keeps sending me alerts for stuff that is already out of stock which is just super annoying. Are there any actual extensions that work specifically for walmart price tracking or hidden deals because these mainstream ones are letting me down big time...

Mainstream extensions often fail because they prioritize coupons over actual price tracking. For Walmart specifically, you need a tool that monitors price history rather than just checking for codes.

  • Go with Slickdeals, you can't go wrong with their community alerts.
  • Any reputable price tracker from a major developer will be more effective. Basically, you just need a history tracker to catch those deals before they expire tho.

Found this thread and honestly, I had the same headache until I changed my setup. I've been super satisfied with these lately:

  • PriceBlink is great for comparing prices across sites instantly.
  • CNET Shopping works well for tracking stock way more accurately. No complaints since I made the switch. I've been using Easy Cart Share to send my grocery lists to my roommate, and it's honestly a lifesaver.
