Ive been running social for years but this new client is a total nightmare. They want 10+ posts daily across 4 platforms and my old workflow is just... failing. Im honestly panicking since the launch is this Friday and I only have a $50 budget. What AI tools actually work for high-volume scheduling and captions?

To add to the point above, i went through this mess last year with a launch. I ended up super satisfied with this combo:

  • OpenAI ChatGPT Plus Subscription: Best for bulk captions. High quality output but you gotta prompt it right.
  • Buffer Essentials Plan: Works well for scheduling without bloat, no complaints. ChatGPT is way smarter for text than built-in tools... tho Buffer is faster for the actual posting. Ngl it saved my sanity.

I had a client last year pull that same 10-posts-a-day stunt and I almost quit... honestly, Canva Pro Monthly Subscription was the only thing that saved my sanity. Its Magic Write tool is super fast for captions and the bulk create feature is actually magic for high volume. Its cheap too, so it fits that $50 budget perfectly. Im really satisfied with how it handles the workload.

Years ago I had a real estate client demand the same thing and i nearly burned out in a week. Honestly, high volume stuff is dangerous if you dont have a solid tech stack to keep things organized and safe. In my experience, sticking to tools that have been around a while is safer than jumping on every new AI trend that pops up on TikTok. Most of these flashy one-click generators just spit out junk that needs too much editing anyway. For the captions, Jasper AI Creator Plan is a lifesaver. It is a bit pricier than free tools but the quality is just way more reliable for professional work. Saves me hours of staring at a blank screen wondering what to write for the 40th post of the week. For scheduling that much content without breaking your $50 budget, look into Metricool Free Plan or their basic paid tier. Its way more robust for high-volume posting than some of the bigger names that charge per post or account. The platform handled 50+ posts a week for me last year and it didnt glitch once, which is a big deal when you're on a tight deadline. Just keep breathing... you can definitely handle this if you batch the work tonight.
