Hey everyone! I’m really struggling to keep up with my small business accounts lately.

I need something that handles:

  • Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Auto-scheduling and caption generation

My current workflow is just way too slow. What are the best AI tools you've used for automated social media management?

Honestly, Ive spent way too much time testing these lately. FeedHive AI Social Media Management Platform is my top pick for LinkedIn because the conditional scheduling is basically magic. If you need help with the actual visuals tho, Predis.ai All in One Social Media Tool is a lifesaver. It generates the graphics and reels alongside the captions. Predis can be a bit glitchy sometimes, but it saves so much time tbh.

Quick reply while I have a sec... Ive been doing this for about a decade now, and honestly, the perfect tool doesnt exist, but Ive found a flow that works without breaking the bank. Back in the day, Id spend hours staring at a blinking cursor for LinkedIn posts. It was brutal. Eventually, I realized that for small businesses, you really want something that handles the repurposing side of things automatically. I eventually landed on Buffer Essentials Plan with AI Assistant. Its super affordable compared to the enterprise stuff, and the AI assistant is surprisingly good at tweaking tone for Instagram versus LinkedIn. If you have a bit more budget and want something that literally learns your voice from your old posts, Lately AI Social Media Content Management is an absolute beast for LinkedIn. It scans your blog posts or videos and chops them into dozens of social posts. Its saved me so much time its not even funny. Pro tip from someone whos been there: dont let the AI do 100% of the work. I usually let the AI generate a base draft, then spend 2 minutes adding a personal touch. People can smell pure AI from a mile away on LinkedIn especially. Also, if youre doing heavy design work, Canva Pro with Magic Media and Scheduler is basically a solid all-in-one for about 12 bucks a month. It handles the AI image gen, captions, and scheduling all in one tab... definitely saves my sanity during busy weeks.

Ive been down this rabbit hole trying to optimize my own workflow lately. If youre looking for technical efficiency, Ocoya AI Social Media Scheduler with Travis AI Engine is a solid bet. It combines an AI copywriter with a scheduler that handles Instagram and LinkedIn perfectly. The API response times are great, and it supports bulk scheduling via CSV if you want to get really granular with your data. Another one I use is FeedHive AI Social Media Automation with Post Recycling. Their AI-powered best time to post feature actually uses historical engagement data to slot your content. It is way better than just guessing. FeedHive is around 19 dollars a month for the starter tier, which covers most small business needs. Honestly, these tools save me about 10 hours a week just on formatting and timing logic... definitely worth the jump from manual posting.

Just found this thread and wanted to add a caution from a technical standpoint. Ive been managing high-volume accounts for a few years and recently switched our workflow to avoid some of the common pitfalls with automated captioning. You might want to consider Lately AI Social Content Platform if you are looking for something that actually analyzes historical data instead of just generating generic text. It is a bit more complex to set up, but the engagement rates tend to be higher because it mimics your actual writing style better than the basic bots. Be careful with tools that promise 100% automation without a review gate. I would suggest looking into SocialBee Pro Plan as well, specifically because their categorization system helps prevent your feed from looking like a bot is running it. Just make sure to check the API logs if things dont post correctly, as LinkedIn can be picky about third-party tokens expiring. Honestly, the biggest hurdle is usually the token refresh rate on these platforms, so I always pick something with a solid dashboard for error reporting.
