I was looking at the ASUS PG27AQN since everyone says its the king for 1440p 240hz but then i saw the LG OLED 27GR95QE and my logic was that the near instant response time would be better for Apex. But then i read some stuff about brightness and burn in so now i dont know if i should just stick to IPS for reliability. I got about $750 to drop on this and i need to order it by friday so it gets here for my rank grind. is the OLED worth the risk or is IPS still the way for competitive stuff...

How do you actually settle on a destination for a massive family trip when everyone is suddenly being super stubborn about what they want? I have been the one organizing our big extended family get-togethers for over a decade now and usually I just throw a few options into a Google Form and we go with the majority, but this year it is just not working at all. We are looking at next July for about 22 people total and the group chat has basically turned into a war zone.

I usually handle all the heavy lifting like the lodging logistics and the shared cost breakdowns but I have hit a wall here. My sister is dead set on a beachfront place in the Outer Banks because she wants the kids to have the ocean, but with our total budget of roughly $15,000 for the week for everyone, finding a house big enough that isnt a total dump is basically impossible right now. Then you have my brother who is insisting on a mountain retreat in Gatlinburg because he wants to hike, but my parents are getting older and cant really handle the steep terrain or the lack of elevators in those big vertical cabins.

The usual top three choices ranking system I use is just causing more friction because people are voting tactically now to block other peoples ideas which is just ridiculous for a family vacation. I tried to explain the cost-per-head constraints but everyone just says well find something cheaper as if the market isnt crazy right now.

Outer Banks (too pricey for the size we need)

Gatlinburg (too many stairs for the seniors)

Maybe a lake house in Michigan? (too far for the West Coast cousins)

Has anyone used a specific app or a different kind of weighted voting system that actually feels fair? I am trying to keep the peace but at this point I kinda just want to tell them I am picking a random spot on the map and they can show up or not...

Ive been using the app for my weekly groceries for years but now we're trying to coordinate a big housewarming party list for this Saturday and its getting messy. We're splitting about 400 bucks for a new grill and some patio chairs but I cant find a direct share link anywhere. I even checked the URL to see if it was a persistent session but it just shows up empty on her phone when I text it to her. Is there like a hidden button or maybe a browser extension that makes this work? Kinda annoying they dont have a native feature for this yet...

But I'm honestly so confused about the power supply thing. I keep reading horror stories about cables melting or the computer just turning off and it's making me kinda scared to even put it together.

Is there like a specific one that's the best for this card? I see stuff like 850 watts and 1200 watts and it's all just numbers to me. Sorry if this is a total noob question but I really dont want to blow up my expensive new card... what should I get?

So i am probably overcomplicating this but i am honestly so lost right now. I have been trying to get ready for my wedding which is happening next June here in Chicago and my family keeps asking for a registry or a gift list or whatever you call it. The thing is i already have a bunch of stuff saved on my Amazon account and then i have this separate list on the Target app because i really like their home decor stuff more.

I feel like such a dummy but i cant figure out how to put them together so people can just look at one link instead of me sending them two different websites. It feels kinda rude to send people multiple links? Like i dont want them to have to hunt around. Is there a way to just smash them together into one big list? Im not very tech savvy at all so if there is a button i am missing please let me know. I tried looking in the settings on both sites but it all looks like gibberish to me.

Here is what i am looking for if anyone has ideas:

it has to be free if possible because our wedding budget is already stretched super thin

i need it to be really simple to set up because i usually break things when i try to sync accounts

it would be great if it updates automatically when someone buys something so i dont get two of the same toaster or something

i want to be able to add stuff from other random shops too maybe if i find something cute on a smaller boutique site later on

I dont even know if this is possible or if i am just dreaming. Do i have to like manually type everything out again on a new website? That sounds like it would take forever and i already feel behind on everything. Sorry if this is a really basic thing that everyone knows how to do but i am just sitting here staring at my phone feeling totally stuck. If there is an app or a website that does this for you please tell me what it is called...

Im trying to get a new 55 inch TV for my apartment in Denver since Im moving next month and my budget is super tight like under 400 bucks tight. Ive been refreshing the Walmart app like every ten minutes because prices there are so random lately and I know they fluctuate like crazy during the week. I read online that CamelCamelCamel is the gold standard for this stuff but then I realized that is only for Amazon which doesnt help me here since the specific model I want is a Walmart exclusive.

I also looked into Honey but some people on Reddit were saying it doesnt actually track the local store stock prices very well and just focuses on the main website which is super confusing to me because my local store usually has different tags than the site. I am honestly getting so anxious that Im gonna miss a flash sale or something while Im at work and by the time I check my phone it will be sold out again. Is there an actual reliable app that sends real-time push notifications the second a price drops specifically for Walmart items? I really need something that works for the online site and hopefully tracks price history too so I know if I am getting a real deal or not...
