Seriously why is the Walmart website so bad for collaborating? Im trying to get all the stuff for a block party we are hosting here in Austin this Sunday and its driving me crazy. My budget is strictly $150 and I need my roommate to look over the list to make sure I didnt forget the veggie burgers or the specific brand of charcoal he likes but there is literally no share button anywhere. Like, I have 32 items in my cart right now and I just want to send him a link so he can see the total and maybe swap a few things out if he finds a better deal or if I picked the wrong size plates.

My logic was that I could just use the list feature, so I started making a public list called BBQ Supplies but it takes like three extra clicks for every single item and I already have everything in the cart anyway. Its such a waste of time to go back and re-add everything. Its so frustrating that they dont just have a send cart button like some other sites do. Then I looked into those third party extensions like Share-a-Cart or whatever they are called. I was thinking that might be the move but then I got worried about giving some random app access to my account info or my payment stuff even though it says it doesnt do that. I dont want to get hacked just for some hot dog buns and soda.

My other option is just taking a massive scrolling screenshot and texting it to him but then he cant even click the items to see the nutrition facts or check if its actually in stock at the store down the street on Parmer Lane. So I am basically torn between:

Spending an hour making a manual list

Risking it with a random Chrome extension

Just sending messy screenshots and hope he gets it

Neither feels right and I am running out of time because I need to get this ordered by tonight so it gets here by Friday afternoon. Does anyone know if there is a hidden way to just generate a cart link without being a tech genius or is this just how life is now...

Which stylus is actually the best pick for an iPad right now because honestly the options are getting pretty confusing? I have a base 10th gen model but im probably gonna get a Pro or Air later this year for my sister so i want something that isnt gonna be obsolete if i swap tablets.

Right now im torn between three options:

The official Apple Pencil USB-C version

Logitech Crayon

A random ESR stylus i found on amazon that has like 10k reviews

Im leaning towards the Apple one just for the peace of mind but $79 feels steep for something that doesnt even have pressure sensitivity? Like what am I even paying for then. The Logitech one looks like a literal carpenter pencil which is kind of a vibe but it seems bulky to carry in my backpack. My budget is strictly under $80 because i just dropped a fortune on tuition and i need this delivered before my first lab on Tuesday.

I mostly just do heavy note taking in Goodnotes and maybe some mind mapping for my bio class. Is the official Apple tech actually better for palm rejection or is that just marketing fluff at this point? I really dont want to deal with lagging when i am trying to keep up with a fast professor...

This is the first year my relatives are actually asking for specific links and I am drowning in tabs on my phone lol. I have a 2 year old, a 5 year old, and an 8 year old and keeping track of who wants what is becoming a total nightmare.

I am trying to stay under $100 per kid for the stuff I buy myself but the grandparents want to go big and I dont want them all buying the same lego set or whatever. Is there like a website that does this for you or do you just make separate lists on amazon? I tried doing one big list but then my mom got confused about which toy was for the toddler vs the oldest and it was a mess.

My main goals are:

keeping the lists separate so people dont get confused

making sure stuff actually gets marked as bought so we dont get doubles

something easy because I am not tech savvy at all

being able to add stuff from different stores not just one place

Is there a way to do this without it taking forever? I need to get this sent out to my in-laws by next week or they are just gonna buy random stuff we dont have room for. sorry if this is a basic thing everyone knows but I am just so stuck...

Okay so I feel really stupid asking this but I am totally lost with the Walmart website. I'm trying to plan a little get-together for my friends this Saturday here in Austin since the weather is finally getting nice and I have like 25 items in my cart right now. It's mostly just stuff like chips, those big packs of soda, and some plastic plates but I also found these cool patio lights I want my roommates to see before I buy them. My budget is pretty tight so I want them to double check I'm not overspending on stuff we don't need.

The problem is I cant find a way to just send them the cart? I tried copying the link from my browser bar and texting it to my sister but she said when she opened it it just showed her own shopping cart which was empty. That makes no sense to me because it's my link! My logic was that if I send the link they see what I see but I guess that's not how it works. I'm so confused. Is there like a share button I'm missing or do I really have to go through and copy-paste every single item one by one? I really hope there's an easier way because I'm not great with this stuff and I have like zero patience for apps that make things complicated...

I spent most of my money on the CPU and a GPU so I really need to find something cheap like under $150 if that is even possible for this chip.

I was looking at some cheap ones on Amazon but then I read somewhere that the 13600K gets really hot and might need a good VRM which sounds like a different language to me?? I am so scared of buying the wrong thing and having it not fit or worse like I blow up the processor or something. I live in Ohio and there is a Micro Center about an hour away but I dont want to drive there and look like an idiot asking basic questions if I can just order it online.

My logic was that a motherboard is just a board to plug things into so why does it cost so much? Is there a specific one that is safe for a beginner who doesnt know how to do any fancy settings? I just want to play games and not have it crash...

Im losing my mind trying to get everyone on the same page for Christmas and New Years this year. My family has ballooned to like 22 people now that all the cousins have kids and its just a nightmare trying to coordinate. I looked at some of those best of lists online and everyone suggests shared Google Calendars or stuff like Doodle polls but honestly my 70 year old dad is never going to log into a poll and my sister who is a nurse just gets her shift schedule like two weeks before anyway so the long term planning apps feel kinda useless. We are trying to figure out who is hosting which night between our place in Columbus and my aunts house in PA without it turning into a huge fight.

Here is what I need to figure out:

something free or very cheap cuz we are already spending a fortune on travel

has to be super simple for the non-techy grandparents

needs to handle about 6 or 7 different households

ideally some way to track who is bringing what food too so we dont end up with five hams

I saw some people say just use a giant group chat but that just leads to 500 notifications and nobody actually reads the important stuff once it gets buried. Does anyone have a system that actually works for a group this big and messy? Or maybe a specific way you set up a group chat so people actually pay attention...

I am currently trying to organize this huge order for our neighborhood bake sale happening tomorrow morning in Austin and my budget is strictly capped at 300 dollars so I really need the treasurer to sign off on the specific brands and quantities before I hit that checkout button.

Ive looked all through the cart UI and even tried digging into the account settings to see if there is some kind of collab feature or just a basic share cart link like you get on other sites but Im coming up totally empty. I tried to just copy the URL from the browser but obviously that just loads a blank cart for anyone else since its tied to my session data. I really dont want to take 15 separate screenshots of my phone screen because that is going to be a nightmare to keep track of and the treasurer is definitely gonna miss something if I do it that way. Is there actually a way to generate a shared link for a Walmart cart that Im just missing or does this feature simply not exist?
