Hey everyone,

DELL Desktop Black Friday deals 2025? I know it's early, but I'm already planning my tech upgrades for next year! My current desktop is starting to show its age, especially when I'm trying to run my car diagnostic software smoothly. It's frustrating, especially when I'm chasing down weird engine noises. I'm running the Autel MaxiSys MS906BT on a seriously outdated machine and it's painfully slow.

Specifically, I'm trying to diagnose a weird vibration in my 2012 Honda Civic (about 140,000 miles). It only happens between 30-40 mph and feels like it's coming from the front end. I've already checked the tires for obvious bulges and had them balanced recently. I've also visually inspected the CV axles, and they *look* okay, but I'm not convinced. I really need to pull some data logs while driving to see what's going on with the engine and transmission during that vibration, but my current desktop chugs like crazy trying to process the live data.

I'm hoping to build a new, dedicated PC for this. Ideally, I'd like to keep the budget around $800-$1000 (excluding the monitor and peripherals – just the tower). I'm located in the suburbs of Chicago. I need to have something up and running before next spring when I'll be tackling some bigger maintenance tasks.

So, thinking ahead to Black Friday 2025, are there any specific DELL desktop models or configurations I should be keeping an eye on that would be powerful enough to handle real-time automotive diagnostics and data logging without breaking the bank? Any particular specs I should prioritize (RAM, processor speed, etc.)? Any advice would be hugely appreciated!

Hey everyone,

So, Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2025... I'm already thinking about it! Specifically, a Mac Mini M4. I know, it seems early, but hear me out. My current infotainment system in my 2016 Honda Civic is *painfully* slow. Like, glacial. And with winter coming, I'm relying on navigation more than ever. I've tried phone mirroring, but it's clunky and distracts me. I'm thinking a Mac Mini connected to a display would be way better for running CarPlay or Android Auto, plus I could use it for other stuff too.

My budget is flexible, but I'd ideally like to keep everything (Mini, display, adapters) under $1000. I'm in the Chicago area, so deals might be different. I've been reading rumors about the M4, but I'm wondering if waiting for Black Friday/Cyber Monday next year will actually yield significant savings.

So, experienced Mac users, based on past years, what kind of deals can I realistically expect on a new Mac Mini M4 during those sales? Is it worth waiting, or should I just bite the bullet and get an M3 model sooner rather than later? Thanks!

Okay, folks, future-proofing my gaming rig is officially freaking me out! The title says it all: I'm aiming for the best gaming desktop I can get for under $2500 in 2025. Sounds simple, right? WRONG! It's like trying to pick the perfect car – specs, future-proofiness, value… my head is spinning!

Here's the deal: I'm still rocking my current beast, but it's starting to show its age. Think of it like my old 2012 Honda Civic - reliable, but definitely feeling its miles. I'm starting to dip below 60fps in some of the newer titles, and honestly, seeing those loading screens more than the game itself is driving me nuts. It's like getting stuck behind a minivan doing 45 in the fast lane – pure frustration!

I've been doing some research, diving deep into CPU benchmarks, GPU comparisons, and RAM speeds. I've even watched a few YouTube videos (thanks, Linus!), but the tech changes so fast, I feel like I'm constantly playing catch-up. Plus, predicting what games will be demanding in 2025 is like trying to predict gas prices – a complete gamble!

My current plan is to start saving aggressively now. I'm aiming to build this machine around January/February 2025. I'm located in Southern California, so cooling isn't *too* big of a concern, but it's still a factor. I'm really hoping to get something that can handle high refresh rate 1440p gaming, and maybe even dabble in some VR. I'm not a streamer or content creator, so those features are less important.

So, the big question is: knowing what we know *now* about the likely trajectory of PC gaming hardware, what components should I be keeping an eye on? Are there any specific brands or technologies I should be focusing my research on? And more generally, what strategies would you recommend for building a future-proof gaming PC on a $2500 budget in 2025? I'm really counting on your collective wisdom to help me avoid making a costly mistake! Thanks in advance for any advice!

I'm a graduate student transitioning from using university clusters to needing my own workstation for deep learning research. I'm primarily working with PyTorch and TensorFlow, training neural networks for computer vision tasks. My models are getting increasingly complex, and I'm tired of waiting in queue for GPU time on shared systems. I need something that can handle large datasets, train models overnight without breaking a sweat, and ideally support multiple GPUs down the line. I'm thinking I need serious VRAM for the larger models I want to experiment with. Budget-wise, I can probably swing $4000-6000, especially if it means I can be more productive with my research. What's the sweet spot for GPU selection these days? Should I go for a single high-end card or multiple mid-range ones? Any advice on CPU and RAM requirements would be super helpful too!

Hey everyone! I'm a freelance video editor who's been struggling with my current setup, and I'm finally ready to invest in a proper desktop workstation. I mainly work with 4K footage in Premiere Pro and After Effects, often dealing with multiple camera angles and heavy color grading. My current laptop takes forever to render even simple projects, and scrubbing through timelines is painfully slow. I'm looking for something that can handle 4K editing smoothly, render videos quickly, and maybe even tackle some 8K projects in the future. My budget is around $3000-4000, and I'm willing to build it myself if that gives me better performance per dollar. What specs should I prioritize - is it all about the CPU, or do I need a beast of a GPU too? Any specific recommendations would be amazing!
